As a culinary journalist, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with celebrated chefs and sommeliers in Canada and abroad, offering readers an inside look at the kitchens, dining rooms, and elevated travel experiences that define modern gastronomy. I am also an active member of the International Food Wine Travel Writers Association.

A graduate of the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Institute, I understand the discipline, creativity, and sacrifice required to excel in the culinary world. My formal training has shaped the way I write about food—through a lens of technique, craftsmanship, and respect for the chefs behind each dish. I am also a certified BBQ judge with the Kansas City BBQ Society (KCBS) in both Canada and the United States, and a certified steak judge with the Steak Cookoff Association (SCA), recognized worldwide.
